Cosmetology

The Cosmetology program offers study in the areas of haircutting, hair styling, permanent waving, hair coloring, hair and scalp analysis, scalp treatments, shampooing and rinsing, chemical hair relaxing, manicures and pedicures, acrylic, gel nails, customer relations and salon management. Completion of the course qualifies the student for licensing examinations in Utah.

You must be a high school junior or senior to be eligible for services through Southwest Applied Technology College. Adult students can register through Evans Hairstyling College.
