Livestock Management with Circle Four Farms.

The Southwest ATC and Circle Four Farms training program is designed to develop Circle Four Farms Technicians and leaders. There are five training modules in each of the three production areas at Circle Four Farms: Sow Farms, Nursery Farms, and Finishing Farms.

Swine Production Practices Trainees complete two of the five training modules in the production area to which they are assigned within three months of starting the program. The other three training modules, in the area to which they are assigned, along with additional training, is completed within the following 15 months.

The joint program offered by the Southwest ATC and Circle Four Farms covers two of the five training modules offered in each of the three
production areas.
